A W Morris (Anthony Morris) qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1993 and set up his Chartered Building Surveying practice in 1995. A W Morris has been a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 1993 (Chartered Building Surveying Division), and has been involved in a wide variety of projects over the last 21 years. Anthony provides professional help and advice on a wide range of industrial, commercial and residential property matters including period, historic and listed buildings. Before Anthony qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor, he had been running his own building and construction business for over 15 years.  During this period he was involved in many different types of construction projects. Those projects include new build of properties, building conversions, building extensions, and alterations to all periods of buildings. As a Chartered Building Surveyor Anthony has been involved in a large and varied expanse of projects ranging from period stone buildings, traditional oak framed buildings, listed historic buildings of all ages through to large modern commercial build projects.
