- To assist instructing clients and their advisors in making planning appeals.
Building regulation advice/services
- To collate all necessary documentation and/or drawings and to submit formal building regulation applications in respect of residential, industrial, retail and commercial projects/buildings
- To assist and to provide such information as necessary to discharge all conditions attached to a “conditional building regulation consent approval”
- To provide such professional services as necessary to deal with “building regulation non compliance” and to put in place building regulation approval for projects involving residential, industrial, retail and commercial projects.
Legal support professional services
- To prepare “ building defect analysis reports” for residential, retail, industrial and commercial buildings of all types of construction to include historic, traditional and modern building materials used in their construction.
- To provide professional and technical support relating to contract litigation disputes to both clients and their appointed legal advisors to include the preparation of contract litigation dispute[s] reports relating to the matters in hand.
- To provide professional and technical support to the clients and their legal advisors to include expert witness reports, appearance in court on such matters.
- To address matters relating to party wall disputes and the preparation of party wall awards and their satisfactory resolution to support both Instructing clients and their appointed legal advisors.
- To address all matters relating to “boundary disputes” and their satisfactory resolution to support both clients and their appointed legal advisors.
- To undertake full building surveys and abbreviated building surveys in respect of residential, retail, industrial and commercial buildings and the preparation of a detailed report.
- To undertake inspections on historic buildings and to prepare detailed and “abbreviated” reports on their condition and aspects of disrepair. Such services to include recommendations on appropriate methods of repair.
- To prepare schedules of conditioning respect of residential, industrial, retail and commercial buildings constructed of all types of materials and modes of construction to include historical, traditional and modern buildings.
- To prepare schedules of dilapidations in respect of all type of residential, industrial and commercial leasehold properties on behalf of with landlord or tenants.
- To advise either instructing landlords or tenants on all aspects of an in place lease regarding “repair covenants, rent reviews, redecorating covenants, forfeiture etc and all such lease matters.
- To prepare “expert reports” on matters relating to construction defects to all types of buildings to include residential, industrial, retail and commercial new build and existing buildings [historic, traditional and/or modern construction materials] of all types and mode of construction materials.
